The Hengchong Road (Xingchong East Road to Longsheng Road section) project has been approved by the Zhongshan Development and Reform Bureau and is about to start construction. With a total investment of 500 million yuan, it will be an important connecting link between Dachong and Henglan towns after completion.

Hengchong Road (Xingchong East Road to Longsheng Road section) starts from the intersection of Xingchong East Road and Kuilang Road in Dachong Town and ends at the intersection of Xinghua Road and Longsheng Road.

Hengchong Road is about 3.3 km long, including a 2.2-km renovated section and a 1.1-km new section.

The speed limit of Hengchong Road will be 60 km/h. The subgrade width is 35 meters, and the motorway has six lanes in both directions. Bicycle lanes and sidewalks will also be constructed on both sides.
