Before the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, Guo Wenhai, secretary of the CPC Zhongshan Municipal Committee, visited army officers and soldiers in Zhongshan, carried out a research on conscription and coordinated the construction of national defense education and training bases during an inspection trip on July 28.

Guo extended Army Day greetings to the officers and soldiers stationed in Zhongshan, hoping that the military and the local authorities would join hands to continuously build Zhongshan into a "National Double Support Model City".
