The baseball competition of the Guangdong Provincial Games concluded at Yingde National Women's Football Training Base on August 7. Zhongshan Baseball Team came in second after being defeated by the host team Qingyuan.

Feng Jiawei and Huang Kunhao were given honors of "Offensive MVPs", while Lin Ziqiang was recognized as "Best Pitcher". The "Sportsmanship Award" was given to Huang Kunhao and Huang Chunmian. Wang Jun was honored as the "Best Coach".

The competition was divided into Group A and Group B, and each game was limited to a total of seven innings. The competition of Group A was held from July 31 to August 7, and Group B will duke it out from August 10 to 17, with 330 baseball players from 9 cities across Guangdong participating.
