The successful installation of the E21 pipe section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge tunnel was announced in the early morning on September 21. The installation promptly was measured to meet the acceptance and evaluation standards.

This is the 30th pipe section installed on the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge tunnel. So far, 4,702.8 meters of the immersed tunnel have been finished, with only two pipe sections and one final joint left to be installed.
