As the 155th 60-meter concrete box girder was installed on November 10, the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge, with box girders as its framework, was taking shape as a dragon spreading across the sea.

So far, 277 bridge box girders in non-navigable section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge have been installed, accounting for about 95% of the total.

Latest progress on the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge construction:

The construction of the seawall and housing on the west artificial island is underway;

The main tunnel structure of the east artificial island is under construction;

The completed installation of 31 pipe sections for the underwater tunnel;

The main cable of Lingdingyang Bridge was completed, and observations are under way;

The construction of the road surface and ancillary facilities of Zhongshan Bridge are underway.
