On November 16, the 2022 National Diving Championships kicked off at the Jiangmen Sports Center. During the five-day event, the winners of 10 gold medals will be decided. In the women's synchronized 3m springboard diving competition held on the opening day, Lin Shan from Zhongshan and her teammate Mei Yingxin claimed the gold medal with a total score of 305.10 points.

In recent years, Zhongshan Sports School has trained diving athletes Chen Yiwen and Lin Shan to the Chinese national diving team, who have gradually become key members of Team China.
