The latest measures implemented citywide to cope with the current COVID-19 situation are as follows:

Suspend social gatherings. Citizens are advised not to leave home except for work, hospital or purchasing daily necessities. Suspend social gathering activities. 

Suspend or limit some businesses to avoid gatherings. Enclosed venues including KTVs, bars, chess rooms, mahjong rooms, cyber-cafes, foot care shops, massage and spa centers, beauty salons, fitness centers, indoor swimming pools, LARP and escape games centers, as well as indoor venues including cinemas, gymnasiums, amusement parks, open-air swimming pools, indoor tourist attractions continue suspension of business. For restaurants, dine-in services are suspended across the city. For supermarkets and farmer's markets, footfall is limted to 50% of their maximum number.

Report to your community upon arrival. People coming (returning) to Zhongshan from other cities are required to finish health reporting through the online platform or phone calls. You are required to take 3 PCR tests on the first 3 days upon arrival, commute directly from the place of residence and workplace, and avoid gatherings. People coming (returning) to Zhongshan within 5 days are advised not to enter any public places except your workplace.

Take personal protection measures and abide by the rules. All citizens should wear a mask properly and keep 1 meter of social distance when going out, and take PCR tests in an orderly manner. Wash your hands frequently and stop social gatherings. Please complete COVID-19 vaccination as soon as possible and strengthen self-health monitoring. In case of fever, sore throat, dry cough and other symptoms, you should go to the nearest fever clinic for treatment immediately. Those who do not cooperate with epidemic control measures and epidemiological investigation, withhold or give false information about tracks exposed to COVID-19, leave risk regions without permission, and help others evade the management of epidemic control will be held accountable according to law.

The measures will take effect for 5 days starting November 28 and may be adjusted according to the changing epidemic situation and prevention and control needs. Towns and districts with reported cases should strictly implement relevant measures according to the notices the local governments released.
