The 2024 Guangdong Youth Softball Championship opened at the Zhongshan International Baseball and Softball Center on July 16.

During the seven-day competition, more than 220 athletes representing 14 teams from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Dongguan, Zhongshan and Zhaoqing will compete on the same field.

The competition is divided into 2 groups, using a single round-robin Page playoff system.

The Guangdong Youth Baseball Championship will start in Zhongshan from July 27 to August 3 after the softball championship.
