Lavande, a domestic high-end hotel brand, recently put another hotel into trial operation in Minzhong Sub-district, Torch High-tech Zone. This is the first brand-name hotel of Jin Jiang International in Minzhong.

Since the beginning of this year, Torch High-tech Zone has attracted a group of high-quality accommodation and related projects, such as Hampton by Hilton and Metropolo Jinjiang Hotels, taking a step towards deeper integration of modern services and advanced manufacturing.

Data show that in the first half of the year, Torch High-tech Zone's added value of service sector rose 2.9% year-on-year to 8.575 billion yuan.

After the ShenZhong Link's opening, Shenzhen and Zhongshan have developed a "half-hour living and traffic circle". Shenzhen and Torch High-tech Zone have been continuously expanding the dual-city consumer market and deepening regional cooperation.

Top Park, also located in Torch High-Tech Zone, is scheduled to open in early September. With a total construction area of over 680,000 square meters, Top Park is a complex of large city-level shopping mall and garden-style pedestrian street. It has attracted more than 70 first-tier brands including as Reading Mi, Aeon, UR and Sephora.
