The Xingfu New Village residence complex, which is neat and clean, now has new straight-and-wide asphalt roads. New parking spots are marked around the central square, and a row of covered e-bike charging piles and recreation facilities for the elderly and children are placed nearby. In front of every building and bicycle room, there are steps and steep slopes, which are friendly to the elderly and bike owners.
This year, Zhongshan continues to incorporate the renovation of old residential complexes into its major livelihood projects to promote coordinated urban and rural development. A total of 56 residential complexes have started renovation, with 15 of them completed.
The renovation of old residential complexes is in full swing. Since 2023, a total of 190 residential complexes have started renovation, and 59 of them have completed.
