The South Outer Ring section from Jingguan Road to Kaiyin New Town opened to traffic on October 15.

In addition to the main road from from Jingguan Road to Kaiyin New Town, the auxiliary lanes and entrances adjacent to Kaiyin New Town and Vanke Bay View also opened to traffic.

Currently, construction of remaining parts of South Outer Ring, including the Changjiang Road-Jingguan Road section, is still in full swing. The main line is scheduled to completely open to traffic by the end of this year.
