On October 28, Beijing time, Fang Xiaolin, a student with No.1 Middle School of Zhongshan, and her teammates won the bronze medal for China in the women's 4x100 meters relay race at the 2024 Gymnasiade in Manama, capital of Bahrain.

Later on October 30, Beijing time, Fang Xiaolin claimed one gold and one silver medals for China in two distance races.

Fang Xiaolin is currently a senior high school student and a national first-class athlete. She is the only athlete from Zhongshan to participate in this year's Gymnasiade.
