After securing the Greater Bay Area (GBA) Lawyer's License in 2023, Oscar Un, whose roots trace back to Zhongshan, decided to return to his hometown to practice law. This decision made him the first Macao lawyer to practice in Zhongshan. According to Un, GBA lawyers not only facilitate the "soft connectivity" of legal service regulations among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, but also provide a vast platform for lawyers from Hong Kong and Macao to showcase their talents.
