The Hong Kong-invested Baowei Innovation Park was topped out recently, marking the establishment of another modern complex on Ma'an Island in Cuiheng New District.

Located besides the Xiangshan metro station, Baowei Innovation Park aims to create a comprehensive high-end operation center for industry, commerce, fitness, catering, recreation and residence with advanced green, low-carbon, high-efficiency concepts of industrial building design. 

The Park occupies a land area of 38.18 mu, with a total building area exceeding 120,000 square meters. It has 4 industrial buildings and 1 living building.
