Two industrial park renovation projects of Cuiheng Group, the Cuicheng No.3 (Low-altitude Economy Industrial Park) and the Cuicheng No.4 (Cuiheng Wisdom Cloud Valley) started construction on December 6.

With an aggregate investment of over 800 million yuan, the two projects cover a total land area of 143 mu and have a total construction area of 273,000 square meters, targeting frontier domains such as low-altitude economy, intelligent manufacturing and the robot industry.

The Cuicheng No.3, the first low-altitude economy industrial park in Cuiheng New District, has a total investment of 380 million yuan. Covering a land area of 82.35 mu, it will construct about 156,000 square meters of high-standard plants. The park will focus on UAV spare parts and raw material processing, UAV application services and intelligent manufacturing.

The Cuicheng No.4 is the industrial park for specialized, refined, differential and innovational enterprises in the District. With a total investment of 427 million yuan and a land area of 60.85 mu, it will construct some 124,400 square meters of high-standard plants. The park is designed to undertake the innovative research and development achievements of high-end intelligent manufacturing within the Greater Bay Area, as well as to provide a broad space for high-tech companies' development and production.
