Ji Hotel signed a contract with Zhongshan Torch Public Assets Management Group on January 15 to settle in Torch Development Zone.

The hotel will be located at the Torch Financial and Commercial Building, with a total investment of 40 million yuan. It is the first Ji Hotel in Torch Development Zone.

The four-star hotel has 14 floors, with 120 suite-type rooms, multi-functional rooms, restaurants, fitness rooms and public areas. It will be put into use in early 2026.

Ji Hotel also signed an investment agreement with Health Base Group and a strategic cooperation agreement with JonjeE Hi-tech, starting a new chapter for the development of the three parties in culture and tourism.
