From January 28 to February 4, Zhongshan Movie Town attracted over 80,000 visitors, with a year-on-year increase of 160%.

The Year of the Snake-themed Spring Festival carnival featured local delicacies such as Shiqi pigeon and chrysanthemum cheese cakes. Qiyuan Restaurant, for instance, was able to sell over a thousand pigeons in a single day.
Chinese New Year's concerts took place for six consecutive nights at the Xiangshan Theater, with artists from Hong Kong showing up to bring the events to a climax.
