The Jingshang Peak talent housing project was put into use on February 27, with 200 high-quality apartments available for talents in Zhongshan.

Located on Cuihong Road in Zhongshan's West District, the project offers three-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, ranging from 103 to 124 square meters in size. The monthly rental rates are between 18 and 19.5 yuan per square meter, with a 20% discount for some apartments.

The project is open for application not only to preferred groups such as Zhongshan distinguished talents, youth reserve talents and holders of the You Yue Talent Card, but also to residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (aged 18 to 45), talents recognized by Greater Bay Area cities, workers from Zhongshan and Shenzhen with at a college degree or above, workers with professional certificates, and key employees engaged in technical development and operating management.

Applicants can register and apply for the apartments through the "中山人才安居" WeChat applet.

So far, Zhongshan has launched over 500 apartments of this kind, serving up to 480 talents and their families.
