"We started out with airline meals, and our food products are popular among domestic airlines and airports," said Chen Minting, general manager of Aliment in-flight food company.

The company has been rooted in Zhongshan's Cuiheng New District (Nanlang Sub-district) for over 20 years, focusing on the production of mid-to-high-end meat products, and has become a leader in the in-flight food industry.

Currently, nearly 70% of Aliment's products are customized products, and the company's investment in food development accounting for 5%-8% of its total output value.

"Of our products, 40% are airline meals, 25% are bakery products, 25% are products for catering enterprises, and 10% are products supplied to Hong Kong and Macao," Chen Minting added.

Thanks to the convenient transportation provided by the ShenZhong Link, Aliment launched its new development program in 2024, which includes the overall planning of the existing workshops and the construction of an independent, professional, high-standard production workshop. The new workshop is estimated to produce up to 500 tons of Chinese- and Western-style aliment products per month.
