As a growing number of national and even global supermarket giants enter Zhongshan, many residents are delighted to find that they can now purchase Western-style pastries like bread and cakes produced by Juxiangyuan, a time-honored local food enterprise in Zhongshan, within these stores.

Juxiangyuan aims to navigate into the frozen bakery market, carving out a new "blue ocean" to fuel Zhongshan's food industry development.

It is reported that China's frozen bakery market is expanding rapidly at a compound annual growth rate exceeding 25%, and is projected to reach a market size of 23 billion yuan this year.

As a long-established food enterprise in Zhongshan, Juxiangyuan holds inherent advantages in tapping into this 10-billion-tier market "blue ocean", particularly given that the core strength of frozen bakery lies in its highly standardized production processes.

"In terms of food quality and safety, we have already established a standardized management system, laying the foundation for producing steamed buns, bread, cakes and other bakery products," said Zhang Yanjie, chief technology officer of Juxiangyuan.
