Sergio Ley López, whose ancestral hometown is Zhongshan's Shaxi Town, currently serves as Mexico's representative to the APEC Business Advisory Council and chairman of Casa Ley. Founded by his father Juan Ley Fong, Casa Ley has expanded over decades into a multi-industry conglomerate with prominent presence in supermarkets, agriculture, logistics, sports, real estate and other sectors, earning widespread recognition in Mexico.
