Juan Diaz, third-place winner of the US Barista Championship, hosted a coffee sharing event centered around "Colombia's New Crop Beans for Competition" in Zhongshan's Shiqi days before. The event drew coffee enthusiasts from Zhongshan and surrounding cities. 

As the final stop on his trip to China, Juan was deeply impressed by Zhongshan's vibrant coffee environment. "Zhongshan has a high density of coffee shops, and the city's coffee culture and roasting standards made a lasting impression on me," he said.
