As a member of Hong Kong Sunwah Group, Chung Shan Shinyo Marine Products Co has been rooted in West District of Zhongshan for 23 years and stands as a leading agricultural enterprise in the city. Taking advantage of the increased traffic brought by the ShenZhong Link, the company has integrated its self-produced Shiqi roast pigeon series into Freshippo's supply chain, breaking through geographical constraints through an "in-store processing of raw materials" mode.

Currently, Shinyo boasts a 10,000-square-meter production park and a 3,000-square-meter dedicated production workshop for roast pigeons, with a maximum daily capacity of 20,000 birds. By breaking down traditional processes and establishing stringent SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), the company utilizes freshness preservation and temperature control technologies to replicate over 95% of the authentic flavor of classic Shiqi roast pigeons. It has also established a food safety traceability system and obtained multiple international certifications.

As of June 30, Shinyo's Shiqi roast pigeons are available in 280 Freshippo stores across the country, with daily sales exceeding 3,000 birds and monthly sales surpassing 100,000. By the end of August, the company plans to expand its coverage to over 460 stores. Looking ahead, Shinyo intends to expand its production capacity and establish a Shiqi roast pigeon-themed museum in Southeast Asia, aiming to promote the taste of Zhongshan globally.
