Only 28 days since the construction launched, the first upgraded elevator, under the city-wide residential elevator replacement project, was delivered and commissioned at Bidi Wanpan in South District on October 13.

Official statistics reveal the first phase of the project spans South District, West District and Tanzhou Town, covering 19 residential compounds with 419 old elevators in total.
