The developer of Haiya Mega City, a highly anticipated new commercial landmark in Zhongshan, has announced its grand opening on November 29.

Located in Nantou Town, the project boasts direct access to the light rail station and proximity to major highways, anchoring a one-hour economic radius that connects to approximately 25 million consumers across Greater Bay Area cities.

Spanning nearly 600,000 square meters, the mixed-use development features a shopping mall, office towers, a star-rated hotel, and China's first 20,000-square-meter comprehensive indoor sports complex.

Premium domestic and international brands including Lancome, ICICLE and Ellassay have confirmed their entry, with several debuting their first Zhongshan stores in Haiya Mega City.
