Zhongshan hiking sites open for Chongyang Festival

The following hiking sites in Zhongshan will remain open during Chongyang Festival: Wuguishan (Dajian Mountain), Nanlang (Difeng Mountain), Tanzhou (Tanzhou Mountain Park), Shiqi (Yandun Mountain), and Sanxiang (Luosanmei Mountain).

Traffic controls will be enforced around these areas. Visitors are strongly recommended to use public transportation.

Daytime hiking is advised. All open sites will implement time restrictions:

  • Luosanmei Mountain: Open 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on October 29;

  • Other sites: On October 29, hiking prohibited after 12:30 AM; all visitors must leave by 1:30 AM. Reopening from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; hiking prohibited thereafter.

  • All hiking suspended in heavy rain or severe weather.
