The main structure of the "TNC 1985" in Zhongshan's Xiaolan Town was topped out on December 29.

Spanning 52,000 square meters total floor area on a 9,000-square-meter site, the project is Xiaolan's first industrial complex achieving a 4.0 floor area ratio (FAR).

From humble beginnings producing fan components to global leadership in piano-key switches, TNC's 40-year journey mirrors Xiaolan's evolution into China's hardware manufacturing powerhouse.

The development plans a symbiotic blend of new productive forces, such as smart home and artificial intelligence, with cultural spaces like art galleries, cafes and social hubs for young people, crafting a dual-purpose haven for industrial development and lifestyle experiences.

TNC 1985 will be put into use in mid-2026.
