Hong Kong singer Vincy Chan showed up on the Sunwen West Road pedestrian street on January 13, drawing attention from many residents and tourists.

During the Zhongshan trip, Vincy not only immersed herself in the city's local culture, cuisine and urban landscapes, but also joined the filming of a Cantonese micro drama.

"It's cozy here, perfect for photos!" Vincy remarked. She praised Sunwen West Road's revamped design that masterfully blends historic preservation with modern energy, noting it was her first time exploring the renewed pedestrian street.

That day, Vincy sampled "chrysanthemum sashimi" made from Xiaolan chrysanthemums and couldn't resist Shiqi's famed roast pigeon, a must-eat on her every visit.

"I'd love to shoot music videos here someday," she added. "Zhongshan offers so many unique settings that would be perfect for creative projects."

As a powerhouse vocalist, Vincy shot to fame early with her hit song Feeling, sweeping major awards across Hong Kong. In recent years, she has become a cultural bridge through Cantonese pop, actively performing across the Greater Bay Area.
