Data shows that in 2025, the sales area of second-hand houses in Zhongshan reached approximately 4.5 million square meters, rising 1.2% year-on-year. 

The number of units sold exceeded 36,000, up by 0.8% year-on-year, marking a growth trend for two consecutive years. 

The average price stood at 6,200 yuan/m², down 9.1% year-on-year with narrowing decline, signaling price stabilization.

Since 2023, existing-property (including commercial properties) transactions have consistently outpaced new-home sales.
