The "Zhongshan Products, Shanghai Bound" event, part of the "Guangdong Goods, Global Reach" campaign, took place in Shanghai on February 1. The Shanghai Lighting Mall, serving as a national direct sales hub of Guzhen Town, dubbed the Lighting Capital of China, became one of the key exhibition and sales platforms for the event.

"Opening day sales hit 50,000 yuan, up 20% from weekdays and 10% from regular weekends," said Wang Nanhao, store manager of Sover Lighting at the mall. He credited the success to the efficient "Zhongshan manufacturing + Shanghai sales" mode.
"Currently, the mall hosts 45 lighting brands from Guzhen, comprising over 95% of the total," said Yao Lei, operations manager of Shanghai Lighting Mall. Since its 1995 founding, the mall has been showcasing Guzhen's lighting brands and products to Shanghai consumers.
Zhongshan's lighting industry has evolved into a comprehensive cluster centered in Guzhen, extending to Jiangmen, Foshan and Guangzhou cities. It commands a dominant 60% share of the domestic lighting market.
