Xiangshan Gucheng, a subsidiary of Zhongshan Investment Holdings, has signed a contract with "Big Cousin 995" (大表哥995), a leading food influencer from Taiwan, China, who boasts over 5.5 million followers in total. His first physical store will open on the Sunwen West Road pedestrian street.

Known for his down-to-earth store-visiting style that resonates with young audiences, "Big Cousin 995" combines strong content reach with commercial influence.

During his previous visit to Zhongshan for the Strawberry Music Festival, he made a special trip to Sunwen West Road and was deeply impressed by its historical charm, lively atmosphere, and Xiangshan Gucheng's strategic commercial planning.

This marks his first foray into physical retail. The store will serve specialty tangyuan (sweet soup balls) and offer hands-on crafting experiences and cultural souvenirs. 

Moving forward, "Big Cousin 995" will dig deeper into Zhongshan's local culture and the historical heritage of Sunwen West Road to develop characteristic cultural products.
