The "Guangdong Goods Global Reach: Zhongshan Products Shandong Bound" event opened at Chaoran Pavilion in Daming Lake Scenic Area, Jinan city, Shandong province on April 20.

The opening ceremony featured a promotional video of Zhongshan and hosted promotion sessions for culture and tourism, investment attraction, and talent recruitment.

The 2-day event gathered 86 leading Zhongshan enterprises showcasing nearly 500 products. Exhibitions highlighted Zhongshan's city image and latest achievements in tech innovation, manufacturing, quality lifestyle, livability, and intangible cultural heritage preservation.

The "Smart Made in Zhongshan" exhibition zone debuted industrial clusters from 3 manufacturing powerhouses — Dongfeng, Nantou and Xiaolan towns. Home appliance giants including TCL Air-Conditioner, Homa, Galanz, Weili and Changhong made joint appearances.

In the special "Cantonese Cuisine Chef + Farm Produce + Coffee" zone, visitors enjoyed Zhongshan flavors such as Shiqi pigeon and almond cookies, alongside specialty beverages such as chrysanthemum lemon tea and pour-over coffee.

The "Zhongshan Tourism" zone displayed masterpieces of intangible cultural heritage while showcasing iconic attractions such as the Tourism Area of Sun Yat-sen's Hometown and the Sunwen West Road pedestrian street through illustrated narratives.
