The snow world park in My Sam Town, phase 2 of the Sam's Club Zhongshan project, broke ground on May 18. The My Sam Town commercial street is set to open this July.

Located in Qijiang New Town, My Sam Town has a gross floor area of over 20,000 square meters. Combining specialty dining, trendy retail, family-friendly activities, lifestyle services and leisure entertainment, it is expected to draw millions of visitors per year. With over 2,000 parking spots nearby, the commercial street offers well-established operating conditions for registered merchants.

The most remarkable feature is the first "snow world" in Zhongshan. With a 9-meter ceiling and over 3,000 square meters of genuine ice and snow, it operates at a controlled temperature year-round. Highlights include a 6-meter-tall Russian-style onion-domed ice castle, ski slopes, ice slides, a grand carousel, and more.
