The 2026 Torch Talent Carnival kicked off on May 19 at the Zhongshan Overseas Students Pioneer Park of China, during which the "Zhongshan Torch Talent Card" program was launched.

Torch High-tech Zone presented the first batch of Zhongshan Torch Talent Cards to talent representatives, and awarded plaques to the first group of service providers and business partners.

The program allows card holders to enjoy 12 exclusive perks in the Torch High-tech Zone, including green channels for government services, free health check-ups, housing services, and discounts at business partners.

So far, over 500 top talents have received their talent cards, and up to 60 business partners and service providers, from such sectors as law, finance, hotel industry and catering, have joined the program.
