Homeowners of the Woodland, a residential compound in Zhongshan's East District, gathered at the compound plaza of for a public revenue distribution ceremony on May 23.

The property management agency handed over 10 transfer checks, totaling 5.06 million yuan, to homeowner representatives.

As of December 31, 2025, the Woodland had accumulated 5.06 million yuan in public revenue, which mainly came from public parking fees, advertising, and stall rental charges.

Under the plan, each household will receive a property management fee waiver of 170 to 2,000 yuan.
