The 2026 Shenzhen-Zhongshan We-Media Night and Sun Yat‑sen's Hometown Tourism Promotion event took place at Zhongshan Studio City on June 23.

The newly inaugurated ‌Zhongshan Culture & Tourism Link Travel Service Co will integrate scenic spots, hotels, restaurants and other resources to offer one-stop procurement solutions for Shenzhen-based travel agencies.

Over the next three years, a 14-square-kilometer resort zone will be developed around the Tourism Area of Sun Yat-sen's Hometown to establish a new inter-city cooperation model.

Three premium Shenzhen-Zhongshan tour routes were also unveiled:

One‑day study tour route highlights the revolutionary heritage of the Tourism Area of Sun Yat-sen's Hometown;

Two‑day, one-night tour route features live performances at Zhongshan Studio City, Nanlang homestays and Hengmen seafood; 

Three-day, two‑night tour route combines hot springs, rosewood culture and Guzhen town's attractions, ideal for corporate team‑building and family educational trips.
