Nestled in Guantang village, Nanlang subdistrict, rows of overseas Chinese dwellings stand scattered across the land. For nearly a century, these historic buildings, bearing the homesickness of overseas Chinese and memories of revolutionary history, had gradually fallen into disrepair due to the ravages of time and the elements. Today, thanks to systematic conservation and revitalization efforts led by Nanlang and Guantang, this time-honored place has come alive once again.
