The second outpatient building (第二门诊楼) of Zhongshan City People's Hospital (ZSPH), located at No.6 Sunwen East Road (孙文东路) in Shiqi subdistrict, has been put into use.

The building sits on the south side of Boyazhi Street (柏桠直街), opposite the surgery building. It has two basement levels offering more than 500 parking spots, and 11 floors above ground. The ground floor, formerly a bus hub, still serves as a stop for Zhongshan City People's Hospital bus services.

The second floor houses the health management center (formerly the physical examination center), providing health check‑ups. Floors 3 to 5 offer outpatient services as follows:

Floor 3: Ophthalmology, stomatology, and Western medicine pharmacy;

Floor 4: Dermatology and cosmetology, acupuncture and physiotherapy, psychology, and sleep medicine;

Floor 5: Oncology outpatient clinic and oncology day treatment center.

Floors 6 to 11: Designated for medical technology, teaching and research.
