The renovation of Fuhua Hotel, a landmark building that has stood in the city for nearly four decades, is in its final stages, with the official reopening expected in October.

Covering a land area of approximately 1.99 hectares, the revamped hotel will feature 195 boutique guest rooms, seating for over 1,000 diners, six multi-function meeting rooms, and a 1,100-square-meter pillarless banquet hall that can accommodate up to 700 guests.

Fuhua Hotel is a landmark of Zhongshan's reform and opening-up era and remains deeply etched in the memory of generations of local residents and overseas Chinese.
