On September 4, more than 140 mainstream media representatives attending the Asia-Pacific Media Forum visited Yakou Village in Zhongshan City.

Why was this small village chosen? The answer lies in the 133 hectares of contiguous rice paddies, in Zhongshan's largest mangrove forest, in the national-level intangible cultural heritage Yakou Piaose with a history of over 300 years — and, even more, in the vivid story of rural revitalization.
