The swimming events of the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 continued at the Tokyo Aquatics Centre on September 21. Seven gold medals were awarded that day, with China's swimming team claiming 5, in addition to 4 silver and 2 bronze medals.

In the women's 50m backstroke final, Chinese swimmer Wan Letian won gold, and Wang Xueer, who is from Zhongshan, took silver. It was Zhongshan's first medal of this year's Asian Games.
