Dachong Town signed a cooperation agreement with Dongyang of Zhejiang province and Xianyou of Fujian province to establish regular consultation among the three local governments.
It will be held to subsidize and train 30 junior college students majoring in traditional Chinese opera through a five-year education program starting from junior high school.
