Chen Zhonghe, permanent honorary president of Zhongshan Taiwan Businessmen Association, became the first Taiwanese to get the residence permit in Zhongshan last year.
Cultural facilities including Zhongshan Library, Zhongshan Museum and etc, as well as recreational service centers in township areas will be open to the public for free.
