The first phase was put into operation in 2019, with a construction area of about 60,000 square meters and over 700 employees, including more than 400 engineers.
One major highlight of the park is the installation of the sponge facilities, such as sunken green spaces, grassy ditches, outlets for heavy rainwater flow, etc.
