On the early morning of June 12, the villagers in Aoshan Village, Huangpu Town "awoke" three dragon boats in the Mengjiang River for the coming Dragon Boat Festival.
The project will be built in two phases, and Phase 1 is expected to be completed by the end of 2023 and put into operation in the first quarter of 2024.
