The Zhongshan Affiliated School of South China Normal University (SCNU) has become a high-quality student base of Tsinghua University (THU) on October 26. Liu Jiachen, Deputy Director of the Admission Office of THU, awarded the "Student Source Middle School of Tsinghua University" plaque to the Zhongshan Affiliated School.

It is reported that, three students from the 15-year-old Zhongshan Affiliated School have been admitted into Tsinghua University. 

Tsinghua University officials said, "Student Source Middle School" means that the Zhongshan Affiliated School and THU have further strengthened their relationship, and the teachers of THU will meet and communicate more with students from the Zhongshan Affiliated School. It is hoped that more students from Zhongshan Affiliated School will in the future enter Tsinghua University.
