Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (ZSHRSSB) plans to adjust the number of key employers in Zhongshan in January, which will be 95 enterprises after adjustment.

According to relevant documents, the key employer list in Zhongshan shall be subject to dynamic management, and the human resources and social security sub-bureaus of each township shall make adjustments according to the enterprise scale and actual employment needs.

This adjustment includes adding one enterprise, Guangdong Roadmate Group Co Ltd; and removing 3 enterprises, namely Zhongshan Tianmao Battery Co Ltd, Zhongshan Jingangyuan Metal Manufacturing Co Ltd, and Zhongshan Jinhui Metal Manufacturing Co Ltd.

Each township's human resources and social security sub-bureau will set up employment specialists for key employers and provide services in the field of employment policy guidance, information exchange, special job fairs, comprehensive coordination, etc.

"Organizations that introduce employees to key enterprises can also receive job introduction subsidies. Enterprises in Zhongshan that employ more than 1,000 people or hire more than 100 employees at one time can contact the local township human resources and social security sub-bureau for help," the relevant responsible person of ZSHRSSB disclosed.
