The Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau announced on April 20 through a work plan that it would implement the "10 Major Actions" to promote the employment of 2020 college graduates.

Specifically, Zhongshan will implement a large-scale recruitment campaign. From April to December, a series of online and offline recruitment activities will be held for college graduates.

In addition, Zhongshan plans to encourage private enterprises to support employment of college graduates by building up dedicated platforms for private enterprises and graduates and giving a subsidy of 3,000 yuan to each college graduate who is employed by micro, small and medium-sized private enterprises and individual business.

According to the work plan, about 30,000 college graduates will seek jobs in Zhongshan city this year.

"Enterprises have adjusted their recruitment plans due to the epidemic, so the employment of college graduates look grim," said the head of the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, adding that according to the work plan, the bureau strives to include all fresh college graduates into the real-name management system, and give employment assistance and policy support to college graduates who are in need.
