Zhongshan's 2020 "Dream Realization Project" that is jointly sponsored by the Zhongshan Committee of the Chinese Communist Youth League and Zhongshan Federation of Trade Unions is recently launched. In cooperation with Zhongshan Open University, Zhongshan Polytechnic and Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic, it will subsidize a total of 600 outstanding young industrial workers working in Zhongshan to participate in specialized and undergraduate studies of continuing education, so as to help them realize their dreams of attending college.

The "Dream Realization Project" offers marketing, business administration, accounting and other majors for those offered upgrades from junior college to university, and from high school to junior college.

The tuition is 5,000 yuan per student. Admitted students only need to pay 1,000 yuan by themselves, and the remaining part will be subsidized by the provincial and municipal governments.
