The Zhongshan Human Resources Service Industrial Park in Torch Development Zone officially opened on August 18. It plans to develop into a public service hub for human resources and a platform for industrial innovation and development. Its output value is expected to exceed 2 billion yuan by the end of 2024.

The first phase of the park covers an area of 7,000 square meters, and 36 HR companies have settled in the park.

The park is expected to become a provincially recognized HR service industrial park and a key HR service industrial park on the West Bank of the Pearl River. It mainly provides services in terms of human resources planning, recruitment and deployment, training and development, performance management, salary and welfare management, and labor relations management.

At the same time, the park focuses on the introduction of innovative HR projects in such areas as HR planning and HR-related big data. Currently, it has set up offices for the Talent Evaluation Center of Jinan University and the Big Data Center of Communications University of China.

According to the "1+4" construction plan, Zhongshan will build HR service industrial parks in Torch Development Zone, East District, Tanzhou Town, Xiaolan Town and Nantou Town respectively. The Torch Development Zone park is expected to serve 100,000 people per year by 2024.
